TerraBella Village is excited to announce that Bosco's Italian Café, a Northshore favorite, has opened a brand new location at TerraBella Village in Covington. Their new restaurant, Tony Bosco's at TerraBella, is located in the heart of TerraBella, directly adjacent to the fountain in the Village Square. The stunning décor, with its down home touches and cosmopolitan flair, delivers a unique dining experience unparalleled in this area.

Family-owned and operated since 2002, Bosco's Italian Café on Hwy. 59 in Mandeville has become increasingly popular over the years. Owner-Chef Tony Bosco believes the time is right to expand his business and TerraBella Village is the perfect place to do so. Tony chose to invest in TerraBella because of the quality and concept of the Village. He believes his new restaurant is a great fit with TerraBella's walkable neighborhood and Village Square. Whether it's a quiet, romantic evening or a live musical performance in the Village Square, Tony wants diners to take time to savor the food, drink a glass of wine, and enjoy the community atmosphere of TerraBella.

Tony's philosophy on food is straightforward: "good food takes time, and should always be prepared fresh." Bosco's uses only the finest ingredients to prepare authentic Italian cuisine. Diners will find the service is fast and friendly and the portions are generous. "You won't go home hungry," according to Tony.

Bosco's menu is both delicious and diverse, ranging from salads and sandwiches to signature dishes like Oysters Anthony and Crabmeat Buster. Tony Bosco's at TerraBella features the same core menu as their Hwy. 59 location, but offers more salads and sandwiches.

  

Whatever the occasion, Bosco's will provide the TerraBella community with extraordinary food and service. If you're looking for something quick and convenient for dinner, call in an order to pick up on the way home. Their Italian deli and market is another easy option, offering a nice selection of specialty items such as wine and cheese. For parties and meetings, a private dining room is available for gatherings up to 24 people. 2011 Recap - A Very Good Year

TerraBella Village enjoyed an extremely successful year in 2011 in terms of growth and development.

TerraBella closed the year with unprecedented growth that included eleven new businesses choosing to locate in the community. Perhaps the most exciting new business for our neighborhood is the addition of Tony Bosco’s restaurant, which opened its doors in December. This Italian style restaurant and café has proven itself to be a huge hit with residents as well as the entire Northshore community.

We also experienced substantial growth in home construction and the number of occupied homes. We began 2011 with six homeowners calling TerraBella home and have now grown to twenty-one homeowners with more soon to come.

TerraBella community events continue to grow in size and frequency as we encourage the use of our parks and community greenspace for events, family gatherings, and outdoor activity. Several of the 5k runs hosted by TerraBella in 2011 included sections of the recently established nature trails in our 140 acre Nature Preserve.

As part of our continued commitment and improvement to TerraBella’s infrastructure, the private Fiber-to-the-Home Network was made available to homeowners and businesses in 2011. TerraBella residents now receive the highest quality residential television, phone, and high-speed internet services available and remain poised for the future and advances in technology.

The year also marked the opening of our first iconic civic building, the Village Post Office, which was well received by residents and is a great location to meet and greet neighbors.

Our focus at TerraBella is to create a genuine village and sense of place for residents and businesses by providing an infrastructure that promotes interaction with neighbors, support for local businesses, and convenient accessibility to outdoor spaces.

We are grateful for a successful 2011 and look forward to continued growth and progress in the coming year.

The Village Post Office is Open!

TerraBella's first civic building, the Village Post Office, is now open! It is located across the street from the Village Square and serves as the primary mail delivery location, as well as a unique gathering location for neighbors.
The building was designed to resemble civic buildings found in historic towns and has already become one of the staple architectural elements of TerraBella.

TerraBella Welcomes Highland Homes to the Builders Guild

TerraBella would like to welcome Highland Homes to our exclusive Builders Guild.

“We are happy to have Jules and Rhonda Guidry of Highland Homes as part of our Builders Guild,” said TerraBella’s Jeff Sonnenberg. “As builders, they have captured the excitement and enthusiasm of the TerraBella community.”

Jules said that the Guidry’s were so impressed with TerraBella, they are building a home for themselves in TerraBella.

Christian Serpas and Ghost Town will play a FREE concert at TerraBella Village on August 21!

Come experience the unique country sound of Christian Serpas and Ghost Town at TerraBella Village on August 21 from 2:00 to 4:00. The concert will take place at the TerraBella Lake Park across the street from the Southern Living Idea House. Concert goers are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets and enjoy the afternoon.

SnoBella Snowballs, Pontchatrain Vineyards and Louie and the Red Head Lady will all be on site serving up food, drinks and snowballs!

TerraBella Village is very excited to announce that Amanda Shaw will play a FREE concert on July 24, 2010 from 3:00 to 4:30. The concert will take place at TerraBella's lake park which is across the street from the Southern Living Idea House.
